This tutu will be individually hand created for your little one upon order. It will be set upon a 1" non-twist ribbed pajama elastic waistband (sewn, not tied) and filled with yards and yards of flowing red tulle with black pom pom balls for the spots!! How sweet!!  Includes antenna headband too!!
Each tulle end is meticulously hand trimmed.
You choose the waist size from 3T - size 8 girls
and the length from 6", 8", 10", 12" or 18"
