We will custom make this gorgeous tutu from 85-150 yards of top quality tulle as green as the hills of the Emerald Isle herself! Each tulle end will be meticulously hand trimmed with the utmost care. It is set on a SEWN waistband of NON-TWIST elastic, and we can make it ANY size, newborn all the way up to girls size 8. The length can be completely customized for you as well, from 3" to 18" long!
