My tutus are made on a sewn waistband (from non-twist, ribbed
pajama elastic).
Every tulle end is hand trimmed meticulously in my
Chicagoland studio.
They're super full and fluffy! We use on average
85-150 yard of top quality, American made, CPSIA approved tulle.
Yardage varies on sizing. We can make it any length up to 18" for you.
